Over the last two years (2023–2024), our organization has provided free Talwarbaji (traditional sword fighting) and Lathi (stick-based martial art) training to more than 300 girls and women. These sessions were designed to foster self-defense skills, self-awareness, and mindset transformation, especially in rural and underserved communities.
Each year, we organized 5 to 7 intensive training sessions, blending physical fitness, cultural education, and confidence-building—empowering youth and women alike to become stronger, both mentally and physically.

At Yuva Swaraj Gaudham, we believe that true Gau Seva lies not just in protecting our cows, but also in nurturing the strength of our matru shakti.
