Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
To request a refund, the donor must: Send an email to: yuvaswarajfoundationcharitable@gmail.com
Include: Full Name, Contact Details, Transaction ID, Date of Donation, Amount Donated and Reason for Refund Request
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled.
Donations allocated to ongoing campaigns or programs are immediately utilized for social initiatives and therefore are not eligible for cancellation.
Any applicable payment gateway charges or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
The Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
Yuva Swaraj Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
